TERMS OF USE
1. THE DEAL
By using the Club you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the House Rules (the Riff Hunter Code). If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Club is run by its individual developer, [OWNER NAME], in Israel ("we").
2. AGE
- The Club is for people 14 or older. Children under 14 may not use it.
- The app asks "How old are you?" on first launch (Under 14, 14-17 or 18+). If the answer is Under 14, the app stays closed on that device and our server refuses chat, reports and posts from it.
- If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before using the AI chat.
3. WHAT THE CLUB IS
A community app about heavy metal, hard rock and rock: an AI character ("Rebellion") that chats about music, an in-app player for official YouTube videos, a genre radar, news headlines, trivia, collectable stickers and XP, and "Pit" posts. Features can change, pause or end at any time.
4. REBELLION IS AN AI
Rebellion is an AI roadie, not a human. It can be wrong, so double-check facts. Don't share your full name, address, phone or passwords. Messages go to our AI provider to create replies and are not used to train AI. Report a bad reply with ⚑.
In the public app, replies come from Cloudflare Workers AI or, when it is busy, Groq. The owner's own test build (not offered to the public) uses Anthropic Claude or a local model, and Google Gemini only when the owner turns it on by hand for testing (see the Privacy Policy, section 5). When every provider is busy, the app shows a pre-written reply instead. Rebellion is not a professional: do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
5. MUSIC AND VIDEOS
Songs play only through official YouTube embeds. By watching them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles that data under the Google Privacy Policy. 30-second previews come from Apple's iTunes Search API with a link to the store. Nothing is downloaded or stored by the Club, and the app must not be used to rip or redistribute music or video. Band names, album titles and artwork belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the music.
6. YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Text you write (chat, Pit posts, reports) is yours. You give us a non-exclusive licence to process it to run the service (for example to send a chat message to the AI provider). You promise it is yours to share, legal, and within the House Rules. We may remove content, mute or ban users who break the rules as described there; anything involving child abuse is reported to the authorities.

- The price you pay, in your currency, is always shown at checkout before you buy.
- Fair use: to keep the AI running for everyone, each device can send up to 40 Rebellion messages a day (Free Pass and Roadie Pro alike). The counter resets at midnight UTC; a pre-written "between sets" reply does not count.
- Free Pass: the whole club is free for 2 days from your first visit. After that, chat, jukebox and the rest of the club need Roadie Pro. These pages, support, reporting and deleting your data always stay free.
- Free trial: Every plan starts with a 4-day free trial in the app, no card needed. After the trial you choose to pay; nothing is charged automatically. It starts after the 2-day Free Pass: pick Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime in the app and Roadie Pro opens on that device for 4 days. One trial per device and per internet connection; a device that already had a trial or already has Roadie Pro cannot start another. On day 4 the app offers Gumroad's checkout for the plan you picked; if you do not pay, the club locks again until you buy.
- Once you pay, Monthly and Yearly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment that unlocks Roadie Pro for as long as the app is offered.
- Where you buy. In the Google Play and Apple App Store apps, Roadie Pro is billed by that store. On our website (rebellionsclub.riffhunter0880.com) and in the Windows app from the Microsoft Store, Roadie Pro is sold through Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record: Gumroad takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and license key. Your purchase on Gumroad is also covered by Gumroad's own terms (gumroad.com/terms).
- License key. A Gumroad purchase comes with a license key, sent in the Gumroad receipt email. Enter it in the club (ROADIE PRO → I HAVE A LICENSE KEY) to unlock Roadie Pro on that device. One key works on up to 5 of your own devices. Do not share or resell keys; a shared, refunded or charged-back key stops working. The club re-checks the key with Gumroad about once a day.
- No trial on Gumroad. The trial runs in the app, not on Gumroad, and never turns into a charge by itself: a Gumroad membership starts on the day you pay, and that payment is the first charge.
- Cancel and refunds, website and Windows app (Gumroad). Cancel a membership any time from the "Manage membership" link in your Gumroad receipt; Roadie Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee through Gumroad (reply to your receipt, or email ronialt@gmail.com and we refund through Gumroad). A refunded purchase switches Roadie Pro off.
- Cancel and refunds, store apps. Purchases made in Google Play or the Apple App Store (or as a Microsoft Store add-on) follow that store's refund rules. Cancel and ask for refunds through that store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play through your order history, Microsoft at account.microsoft.com.
- Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law where you live, including Israel's Consumer Protection Law.
- Age: you must be 14 or older to use the club.
8. RATINGS AND REVIEWS
We never offer rewards, XP, stickers or Pro time in exchange for ratings or reviews.
9. NO WARRANTY, LIMITED LIABILITY
The Club is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for damages arising from using or not being able to use the app. Where the law does not allow this exclusion, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
YouTube, Google, Apple, Cloudflare, Groq, the app stores and the news sites have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use those parts of the app.
11. ENDING
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data in Soundcheck. We can suspend access for rule-breaking or to protect the service. Paid subscriptions are cancelled through the store or Gumroad account that bills them.
12. CHANGES AND LAW
We post changes here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
